OMG!! Dette er offisielt det beste jeg har laget av proteinbarer/konfekt så langt! Jeg lar bildet tale for seg, oppskriften kommer nedenfor
OPPSKRIFT – 5 Protein Bounty Barer
2 scoops/45 g vanilla whey
4 ss kokosmasse
2 ss malte mandler
2 ss kokosmel
6 ss cocosmelk, evt mer
2 ss sukrinmelis/sukrin gold (1 av hver)
2-3 dråper coconut essence (Frontier) + 5 droper vanilla liquid stevia
Bland alt til en fast masse, form barer, og dekk dem med sjokoladetrekk. Jeg smeltet 5-6 ruter cavalier dark + 1/2 ts cocosolje i en glassbolle i vannbad. Sett i fryseren 10-15 minutter.
NYT!! Dette er seriøst den BESTE konfekt jeg har laget så langt. Og fortsatt så er proteinene med! (That’s how it’s gonna be.. )

But here is the bounty recipe, the very best of them all so far 😉
Protein Bounty Bar – better than the real thing!
2 scoops/45 g vanilla whey
4 tbsp shredded coconut
2 tbsp ground almonds
2 tbsp coconut flour
6 tbsp coconut milk (maybe more..)
2 tbsp erythritol
2-3 drops coconut essence + 5 drops vanilla liquid stevia
Mix it al together, and make 5 bars. Melt 5-6 squares of medium dark sugarfree chocolate, and coat the bars by moving them around with a spoon.
Put in freezer 15-20 minutes!
Then – Enjoy some chocolatey’ coconut bliss… 😉
